Not every sit needs a Saturday crowd. Midweek afternoons are when regulars catch up, deals get closed quietly, and you can actually hear the conversation. Doors open at noon.

- Tuesday — 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM (shorter day — come earlier)
- Wednesday – Friday — 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Saturday — 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (busier)
- Sunday & Monday — Closed

No specials needed midweek — the value is the room, the stock, and the quieter pace.
